I was approached by the founders of FoodLife to create a viable world-class brand during the earliest stages of the concept. In addition to developing the more traditional elements of brand positioning and visual expression, I was asked to deliver innovation around the food-tech side of the business.

The result was the creation of a completely unique offering. The fusion of the traditions and familiarity of the great neighborhood market with state-of-the-art technology and innovation of Apple retail stores. A brand with 360 customer engagement: in-store, in and out-of-home, and across physical mediums, applications, devices, and all channels.

The approach enabled cutting-edge personalization and two-way interaction between the brand and its customers. Analytics and consolidation of in-store, in and out-of-home, website, mobile, social, and application data captures user activities, preferences, and goals for food, nutrition, and fitness.
